Had a great time during our one-night stay. the staff was super friendly and helpful the whole time. the food was top-notch, lots of choices to pick from. 🌟

The hotel is very functional and well equipped, but it is situated a little bit aside. By taxi you can easily get to all sights for about 10€. The staff was very helpful.

The location is marvelous, very close to Poland and with a view of the hill overlooking the valley. the hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center and bus stops in both directions. - the room is neat and elegant, equipped with a mini bar and complimentary tea and coffee. - Great facilities are available at the hotel.

Parking in front of the house of course ideal. Free of charge. Clean rooms in quiet location. Breakfast perfect. Bean coffee and an unbelievable variety of breakfasts. Really very good.

Bed brutally hard. Couldn't sleep well. Extremely noisy. You can hear the neighbors of the room next door. It was next to the elevator. You can hear everything in the corridor. Really a big annoyance for me.

Modern hotel, standardized. Just outside the city, but with parking. The old town could not be reached on foot. Good continental breakfast in a nice atmosphere. Rooms spacious, well furnished, good beds, bathroom super.

The place was impeccably clean. The staff were attentive.- I truly enjoyed my bright room.- The food was outstanding.- There were a wide array of dishes on the menu.- The location was convenient, close to buses in both directions, the plaza, and park at the Mangana Parking garage.

Recommended city hotel, good beds, very good breakfast.

The spacious and well-lit rooms offer complimentary soft drinks in the minibar, and the convenient proximity to the city's historic center fulfills all essential requirements.

I thought the staff was extremely friendly and upon arrival, very helpful with showing us a map of the area and describing the places to see, where they were, the bus line and it's hours, etc.

The location is easy, the room is bright & spotless. Nice touch to have complementary tea and tea, coffee.

The location was magnificent, just a short stroll away from a shopping mall. You could walk to shopping malls and a supermarket.Exe Cuenca in Cuenca, Castilla-La Mancha was a fantastic place to stay for a night during our self-drive vacation. The hotel's proximity to a shopping mall and supermarket made it convenient for us to explore the area on foot.

Rooms with lots of storage space; very good beds; excellent breakfast buffet; bus stop in the immediate vicinity (buses leave every half hour to the city centre or old town); parking facilities in front of the hotel or in the hotel's own underground car park

location (next to an industrial area and at a big street); but as we had a room on the top floor and air conditioning worked well and quietly, it was okay.
